1.⁠ ⁠General

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by FoneFix. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

 2.⁠ ⁠Diagnostics & Estimates
• We offer diagnostics to determine the issue with your device.
• If you choose not to proceed with the repair after diagnostics, a service fee may apply.

 3.⁠ ⁠Repairs
• Repairs are carried out using original or high-quality replacement parts, as agreed with the customer.
• While we take the utmost care during all repairs, FoneFix is not liable for pre-existing damage or data loss.
• Repair durations are approximate; delays may occur due to part availability or technical complications.

 4.⁠ ⁠Warranty
• All repairs and replaced parts come with a 3-month warranty, unless otherwise stated.
• The warranty does not cover:
• Physical or liquid damage after the repair.
• Mishandling or accidental damage.
• Unauthorized tampering or third-party intervention.
• Warranty claims require the original receipt or proof of service.

 5.⁠ ⁠Payment
• Payment is due immediately after service, unless agreed otherwise.
• Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, or approved digital payments.
• Devices will only be returned once full payment has been received.

 6.⁠ ⁠Uncollected Devices
• Devices not collected within 90 days after repair may be considered abandoned.
• We reserve the right to recycle, sell, or dispose of such devices to recover costs.

 7.⁠ ⁠Data & Privacy
• Customers are strongly advised to back up data before handing in their device.
• FoneFix is not responsible for any loss of data during or after the repair.
• We comply fully with GDPR and handle all customer data with strict confidentiality.

 8.⁠ ⁠Liability
• FoneFix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our services.
• Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the repair.

 9.⁠ ⁠Cancellations
• Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may result in a service fee.

10.⁠ ⁠Pickup & Delivery Service
• We offer pickup and drop-off within selected regions.
• Customers must ensure someone is present at the agreed handover time.
• Missed pickups may result in additional call-out charges.

11.⁠ ⁠Applicable Law
• All agreements and services are governed by Belgian law.
• Any disputes will be handled by the courts of the district where FoneFix is registered.
